FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on orders over €200!

We ship from ITALY with DHL Express and dispatch all shipments within 3 days of the purchase date. You will receive a confirmation email when the item is dispatched. For time-sensitive deliveries, please email us for country-specific information.

Note that DHL will require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address. DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery, If DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. 

FREE SHIPPING within Italy:

  • We ship via DHL Express and in most cases the shipment will arrive within 1-2 days from when the item is dispatched.  

Shipping within the European Union:

  • All items ship with DHL Express and transit times vary, but in most cases the shipment will arrive within 1-2 days from when the item is dispatched. You will NOT have to pay duty or taxes. 
Shipping to the USA:

  • All items ship with DHL Express and transit times vary, but in most cases the shipment will arrive within 1-3 days from when the item is dispatched. Duty and taxes are included in your final price, thus you will NOT have to pay fees upon receiving your item, however your local DHL may contact you to confirm your identity. 

Shipping to the UK:

  • All items ship with DHL Express and transit times vary, but in most cases the shipment will arrive within 1-3 days from when the item is dispatched. Duty and taxes are included in your final price, thus you will not have to pay fees upon receiving your item, however your local DHL may contact you to confirm your identity. 

Rest of the World:

  • We ship via DHL on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, thus the price listed is exclusive of all taxes and duties. This means that you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. You will be responsible for paying these duties before receiving your item. 

Note that we ship regularly outside the EU and are happy to assist you with any shipping issues. You will be emailed your tracking number and can closely follow your package, and if there are any issues please contact us and we are available to assist.
