RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns within 8 days from the date your item is delivered. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Officina del Poggio has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

To request an exchange, please contact info@officinadelpoggio.com within 8 days of the day which your item was delivered, with your order number and a brief reason for your exchange. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Only returns with a Return Authorization Number will be accepted.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid and marked as a return. Please ensure the item(s) are sent back through a traceable and/or insurable method. Officina del Poggio is not responsible for return shipping expenses or any returned packages not received. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, Return Authorization Number. Your purchase will be refunded to the credit card with which you made the purchase, minus the original shipping charge. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your refund from the date we receive your package.

We proudly offer a guarantee that every Officina del Poggio purchase meets our high standards of quality. This guarantee is a two-year repair policy for the structural function of our bags under normal wear and tear and anything that may be the result of any manufacturing defects. Cosmetic issues are not covered under our repair policy.
